Rob Boughton
Rob Boughton was one of the first new regular clients I had come into Kurisko Fitness Training. I had a relationship with him and his family from my years managing a hockey shop in East Lansing. For years he had played both goalie and skated out as a forward. He had come into the shop a lot the last year I was there because his feet doubled in size. Just Keep Showing Up
All of my new trainees get excited about making gains. And the gains come steadily in the first few months of training. Right from the start Tracy had a good attitude, was coachable, and willing to work hard. These characte

Avoid the Distractions
The bottom line about this whole training deal is there is not enough time. Those of us who are trying to accomplish things are always busy. That is why when it comes to training the work we do in the gym must have a purpose. Anything that doesn't sufficiently stress the system is just a waste of time. Too many people are wasting a lot of time doing distractionary exercises. It is really sad. No one knows how to do the big lifts. They are all too scared or too pig-heade
