Hello, thanks for checking us out.  Black Iron is a private training facility dedicated to barbell training.  

​We are located on the westside of Lansing, Michigan.

We offer in-person youth training for $125 per month and adult training for $200 per month. We also offer in-person private training sessions for $100 per hour.  All training sessions are scheduled by appointment. Hours vary.

For individuals unable to train with Chris regularly in person, he also offers online coaching.
