We offer a few different training options.

Basic Barbell Training
Basic Barbell Training is our intro program and is delivered in a small group setting by owner Chris Kurisko. This program is for beginners who how to use barbells properly. All beginners will learn how to squat, press, and pull.
Basic Training Fee:
$200 per month
(2-3 training sessions a week)

Schedule:
Mon and Wed 8:30am, 4pm, 5pm
Tues and Thurs 6:30am, 8:30am
Fri and Sat (hours vary)
Sun (closed)

Advanced Training
Advanced Training for individuals who have completed our intro program. Advanced training is customized based on the individual's training needs. We have trained athlete's of all ages, but also work with plenty of everyday people who just want to be strong and improve their quality of life.

​Starting at $150 per month
(2-4 sessions per week)
